6.-My package is lost - what should I do?

Don’t fret just yet! Shipping carriers will sometimes mark an item as delivered but it may take a little extra time for them to get it to you, and it's usually when they're in your area!

If the carrier's system shows your package as delivered, but you didn't receive your order, please contact them directly to make a claim. We cannot make any refunds on orders that appear as delivered.
